The Archdiocese of Perth, dedicated to the Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary, is located in Perth, the capital city of the State of Western Australia. It is bounded in the north by the Diocese of Geraldton, in the east by the South Australian border, and in the south by the Diocese of Bunbury and by the Southern Ocean in its south-east corner. Perth is the Metropolitan See for the Province of Western Australia which includes the Dioceses of Bunbury, Geraldton and Broome.

The Archdiocese comprises the territory bounded on the north from the Indian Ocean due east along 30° S latitude to 120° E longitude, thence due north to 29° S, thence due east to 129° E (WA/SA border); on the east by the WA/SA border; on the south from the Indian Ocean due east along 32° 25' S latitude to 116° E longitude, thence due south to 32° 45' 6" S, thence due east to the coast of the Great Australian Bight; on the west by the Indian Ocean.

Christmas Island and Cocos Islands in the Indian Ocean are pastorally cared for by the Archdiocese although they are not within its jurisdiction.
