ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT (CATHOLIC ARCHDIOCESE OF PERTH ADMINISTRATION CENTRE) CASUAL

The casual Administration Assistant works as part of a small team coordinated by the Head, People and Culture to provide administration support to the Catholic Archdiocese of Perth Administration Centre (CAPAC), particularly in relation to reception coverage across the offices of the Archdiocese, and some agencies.

About the role - a snapshot:

  1. Be part of the Catholic Archdiocese of Perth team and provide administration support to enable the Archdiocese to continue its work and service
  2. Various locations including Griver House, Adelaide Terrace, Perth and other locations as required
  3. Flexibility due to casual employment

The successful candidate must have a willingness and capacity to support the Catholic ethos. They will hold a High School certificate or Certificate in Business Administration (or similar in a related field/related experience). This role requires proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Office suite, especially Outlook. The candidate will have a professional approach to work, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and work as part of a team. This position requires attention to detail, strong customer service and communication skills for dealing with internal and external contacts, including staff, parishes, clergy, and the general public.

A valid National Police Clearance, WA Driver’s Licence, and proof of working rights in Australia required.
