ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT, CHANCERY FINANCE

Assistant Accountant, Chancery Finance
Permanent, Full-time/Part-Time

The Assistant Accountant will provide support and assistance to the supervisor in preparing, processing and reconciling accounts, banking transactions, financial statements, and reports for the Catholic Archdiocese of Perth Chancery.

About the role - a snapshot: 

1 

   Assist in compiling, reconciling, and preparing journals   

2 

   Provide support to the Accounts team

3 

   Maintaining the Asset Register   

  • The successful candidate will have a degree in Accounting or a related field, with a demonstrated ability and knowledge of accounting software and an intermediate level in the Microsoft Office suite. Supported by excellent organisational and communication skills. A valid National Police Clearance, WA Driver’s Licence, and proof of Right to Work in Australia are required.
