As a member of the Episcopal Services Team, the Executive Assistant to the Auxiliary Bishop role provides both high-level professional and administrative support, encompassing a wide variety of tasks, to the Auxiliary Bishop. The Executive Assistant plays an integral role in enabling the Auxiliary Bishop in meeting his dual leadership and pastoral responsibilities.

1. Administrative Support – Provide high-level administrative support to the Auxiliary Bishop, build & maintain a professional and collaborative working relationship with internal and external stakeholders. |

2. Cover & Coordination – Coordinate meetings, appointments, events and travel logistics as required. Assist in providing leave and other coverage for the administration staff as and when required. |

To be successful in this role, you must have experience in a similar role, with a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, intermediate IT skills and advanced communication skills.
You will need strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with diverse groups of people, and you will work both independently and as part of a supportive, collaborative team.
A valid National Police Clearance, WA Driver’s Licence, and the legal right to work in Australia are required.
