History
Society of Apostolic Life founded by Fr (later Bishop) Edward Galvin and Fr John Blowick in 1918 in Ireland. Introduced to Australia in 1920 in the Archdiocese of Melbourne. First permanent Columban presence in WA established at Mt Lawley in 1962.
