• St Gertrude’s College: Carpeted hall for 120 people; Wooden hall for 100 people (floor/stage and upright piano).
• St Ildephonsus’ College: Hall for 100 people (wooden floor, stage and piano); Meeting room for 30.
• St Joseph’s Hall: Hall for 120 people (wooden floor, stage and piano and chairs)
• Education Centre: Seminar room for 60 people (carpet floor, whiteboard, TV/DVD/CD system, amps and speakers, trestle tables and chairs)
• Work Centre: Small hall seats 30 people (tiled floor, whiteboard, trestle tables and chairs)

Whiteboards, slide projector and screens, TV/video/DVD, data projectors, music stands, chairs, trestle tables, desks. 

• St Gertrude's College: Dormitory style accommodation. Sleeps up to 120 people, self contained flat for 10 people, kitchen, lounge, shared bathrooms.
• St Ildephonsus' College: Open plan dormitory accommodation. Sleeps up to 80 people, shared bathrooms, two dining halls.
• Old Convent: 13 rooms for 30 (1-4 beds in each) with shared bathroom facilities, kitchen, dining room, lounge.
