However, not many of us know much about his life and how he came to write this little Rule. Gregory the Great wrote about Benedict’s life and here we can discover a man who struggled in his journey to life and to God, just as we do. This weekend will explore Gregory’s life of Benedict and how it might help us on our own journey towards God. The text for this weekend is St Gregory’s Life of St Benedict.
