During Child Protection Week, the Safeguarding Office in partnership with WA Child Safety Services will be hosting a series of Protective Behaviours Parent Workshops. The workshops have been designed to teach parents and carers how to increase the personal safety of their children. Whilst there are many ways of talking to children about their personal safety, it is important that we do not scare them or leave them feeling unsafe, afraid or disempowered. The workshops are adult training session and not suitable for children to attend. Friday 1 September, 50 Ovens Road, Thornlie, 7-9pm. Cost free.
