Organisation Details: 

In 1981 was the establishment of Couples for Christ (CFC) in Philippines. It was founded by Mr. Frank Padilla. In 1993 we saw it’s re-founding. In 2007 we saw its restoration, as CFC-FFL. In 2011 God gifted us with the Live Christ, Share Christ (LCSC) mission, as our participation in the church’s work of New Evangelisation. 

Now we are transitioning to a new name. Missionary Families of Christ. The name “Couples for Christ” was right for the beginning, as we indeed reached out to couples, for 12 years before starting the Family Ministries. But we have out grown this name, which is no longer fully reflective of our identity and mission. So, we are changing our name and the formal roll-out started January 1, 2020. 

Our community gather together for household prayer meetings, singing worship songs, liturgical bible studies (LBS), individual faith sharing and fellowship during general prayer assemblies (GPA) and general teaching assemblies (GTA). The faith of members are nurtured through weekly prayer meetings, attending Holy Mass, family Rosaries, individual Eucharistic Adoration, monthly teachings, retreats and trainings.

We are an evangelistic and missionary community committed to become families empowered by the Holy Spirit to renew the face of the earth. 

Mission 

We strive to be God’s holy warriors, as we commit to renew the temporal order through our work in defending faith, family and life. We are a servant to the Church, working to renew her children through every generation and throughout the world, until the Lord returns once again.
