Provides free breakfast and subsidized 3-course lunch, recreation and sanitation facilities in its "Day Centre", low cost crisis and short-term accommodation available for single men 21 years and over and a night shelter for women. Services include counselling, welfare and health services, education and training, emergency relief programmes, recreational activities, music and literature programmes.  

Our Day Centre is open Monday - Thursday between 7:30am and 2pm. The Day Centre is open Fridays from 7:30 - 9:30am.  

The Reception is open between 9am and 2pm Monday - Thursday.  

The Health Clinic is open Monday - Thursday from 9am to 2pm.
