The Administration Assistant is reporting directly to the Team Leader for Episcopal Services.
The Administration Assistant, Episcopal Services is the initial contact point for all staff, clergy and visitors to Griver House. This role works under general supervision to provide reception and administration support to Griver House staff, clergy and visitors. This position requires a positive and flexible approach and the ability to work as part of a team.

The successful candidate must have a willingness and capacity to support the Catholic ethos. They will demonstrate a willingness to be part of the Archdiocesan commitment to the safeguarding of its members, especially children and adults at risk. A valid National Police Clearance, WA Driver’s Licence and proof of unrestricted working rights in Australia is required. |
