SUPPORT OFFICER, EPISCOPAL SERVICES (OFFICE OF THE ARCHBISHOP) – PERMANENT, FULL-TIME

The Support Officer is part of a small team coordinated by the Team Leader, Episcopal Services. The Support Officer provides a wide range of administration support to the Office of the Archbishop, particularly for the Vicar General, Office of the Vicar General, including Visa support and event coordination. The successful candidate must have a willingness and capacity to support the Catholic Ethos. They will hold a Certificate IV in Office Administration or equivalent, with minimum 3 years’ experience in an administration role. This role requires excellent word processing and IT skills, and strong organisational and communication skills for dealing with internal and external contacts. A high level of confidentiality and ability to work as part of a team is essential.
