    The St Vincent de Paul Society is this week celebrating National Op Shop Week across its Vinnies shops. National Op Shop Week encourages Australians to do a clean out and donate good quality, pre-loved items to their local store.

  • St Dominic’s program connect students in Perth and Myanmar

    Students at St Dominic’s Primary School, Innaloo have this year had the opportunity to connect with students living in the Metta Geha Orphanage in Myanmar, homt to some 40 children affected by poverty, through a pen pal and gift-giving project.

  • Mercedes College student to represent Australia at UN

    Year 11 Mercedes College student, Danikka Calyon, will next month be travelling to New York to attend the 70th United Nations General Assembly as the national youth ambassador for Save the Children Australia.

  • New Centacare adult learning centre opens its doors

    Archbishop Timothy Costelloe has this week opened the doors of a new Centacare Employment and Training Centre that will provide a pathway for disadvantaged students to transition from basic adult education programs directly into nationally accredited vocational training.
