Parish Requests
The Archives Office hold limited records relating to parishes as the Canon Law of the Catholic Church requires each parish to maintain its own archive.
The Archives Office is supportive of parishes producing histories and other publications in relation to parish life. It will provide assistance to these projects provided there is advance notice and on completion of the Application to Research Parish History form.
Michael Broderick Collection
The Archives Office holds the Michael Broderick Collection donated by the Broderick Family. This collection contains plans and maps of the Cathedral, Churches, Chapels, Schools and other buildings.
Anyone requesting access to the Broderick Collection of Plans must complete the Application to Access the Broderick Collection of Plans form.
Educational and Burial Records
The Archives Office regularly receives requests for school records and burial registers. As we are primarily the administrative archive of the Archdiocese of Perth, we do not hold these types of records.
