Post Abortion Grief Counselling Services
The Archdiocese of Perth has a co-ordinated approach to providing counselling and support services to people following the termination of a pregnancy. Those who have experienced an abortion now have access to a range of services courtesy of the Archdiocese of Perth.
All services are confidential and free of charge. To make an appointment, please contact the preferred agency/organisation direct via the details below. If you contact one of these agencies, please indicate that you have accessed the service as a result of viewing this website.
A thorough working knowledge and understanding of unplanned and post-pregnancy issues is provided in this specialised counselling service. A safe, confidential and non-judgmental environment is provided in the counselling sessions where clients are able to express their needs and receive unbiased information relevant to their circumstances. These professional protocols enable those clients affected to determine their own decisions free from the value judgments of others. Centrecare makes interpreter services available on request for a culturally diverse clientele and meets requests for free crèche facilities. Crèche facilities are specifically for children under the age of twelve who accompany their parent/s to counselling services. Day and evening sessions are offered with immediate appointments available.
