RECEPTIONIST, CENTRE FOR CHRISTIAN INITIATION AND LITURGY (CCIL)
Maximum Term 12 Months, Part-time - 15.2 hours per week
The Receptionist is part of a small team managed by the Director, CCIL, providing general administration support to the Director. The Receptionist liaises with internal and external contacts including the Catholic Archdiocese of Perth Administration Centre staff, Parishes, general public & various suppliers.

The successful candidate must have a willingness and capacity to support the Catholic ethos. They will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administration role or similar. This role requires intermediate level skills in the Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Excel, Outlook). The candidate will have a proactive approach to work, with the ability to follow direction and work independently, as well as be a team player with a “can-do” attitude. This position requires strong interpersonal, communication and organisational skills for dealing with internal and external contacts. A valid National Police Clearance, WA Driver’s Licence, and proof of working rights in Australia required.
