Administrator, West Australian Catholic Migrant and Refugee Office (WACMRO)
Permanent, Part-time – 18 hours per week
Work Pattern: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday
The West Australian Catholic Migrant and Refugee Office (WACMRO) is an agency of the Catholic Archdiocese of Perth that seeks to promote the acceptance and settlement of migrants and refugees into Australia. The Administrator ensures the timely completion of daily administration associated with office coordination and assists with the planning, preparation and implementation of the WACMRO initiatives, including events, seminars, short-term projects and assists with public enquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
To be successful in this role, you will need strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with diverse communities, as well as a Certificate III in Office Administration or Business Administration. You will work both independently and as part of a supportive, collaborative team. Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office Suite, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information will be required.
A valid National Police Clearance, WA Driver’s Licence, and the legal right to work in Australia are required. |
