PROGRAM FACILITATOR: FAMILY LIFE EDUCATION – CATHOLIC FAMILY AND JUSTICE SUPPORT SERVICES
Program Facilitator: Family Life Education – Catholic Family and Justice Support Services
22.8 hours per week
Maximum Term - 1 year and 4 months
The Program Facilitator, Family Life Education (FLE), operates under the guidance of the Manager, CFJSS, to advance the Catholic Church’s mission by promoting its teachings. The Program Facilitator is responsible for coordinating the delivery of FLE services, creating and presenting educational content to relevant stakeholders, and actively promoting the Centre’s offering in alignment with its mandate.

Program and Service Delivery – Support the Manager, CFJSS in coordinating and delivering programs that promote the Catholic Church’s teachings. |

People Support – Coordinate the casual Family Life Educators as required, including managing rosters and timesheets. |

Key Responsibilities:
To be successful in this role, you will need a Tertiary qualification in Education, Theology, Social Work, Health Sciences, Counselling, or equivalent experience in a similar position. This position requires strong interpersonal skills and being comfortable in public speaking and group facilitation in the following settings: schools, parishes, community groups and others as required. Accreditation with the Australian Council of Natural Family Planning is required.
You will work both independently and as part of a supportive, collaborative team. An intermediate level of computer literacy using Microsoft Office Suite is essential. Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the teachings of the Catholic Church are required for this role.
A valid National Police Clearance, Working with Children Check Card, WA Driver’s Licence, and the legal right to work in Australia are required. |
